As All Get Out

Where did this sentence come from when everything got up? 3

I heard someone say this while everyone was standing and I wondered what it meant. I'm not even sure what it means or I'll use it as an example in a sentence. Does anyone know where this sentence came from and for whom?

From the definition of OED edition: 1. Phr. As such, or (all) gateouts are used to indicate advanced sound. There are square brackets around everything, because since 1869 the expression has been used as an edition like all today's editions. According to the OED, the first instance of these phrases is in Mark Twain's Halberry Art (1884). But as I said, OED is not very useful. Obviously, it had something to do with leaving or running away. It reminds me to use the phrase get out of here! This phrase is often used to express surprise, a kind of synonym cannot be serious for you! I don't want to say that there is a relationship between the two sentences, just that the output in both sentences has changed a lot in terms of meaning.

In fact, the phrase should be like any other.

How did they all turn out?

You're as crazy as anyone out there!

I'm as sick as they're all out!

I'm broken like everyone else!

This is the quietest thing you can do to get out of this nervous state.

This is an extreme expression.

More crazy than crazy.

It hurts more.

Broken, more damaged than broken.

More relaxed than calm, ahead of silence.
