No, but I make yogurt 23 times a week and the instructions are probably the same for most yogurt makers:

In a medium-sized saucepan, heat 5 cups of milk (I used for free) over high heat until it rises to the edge of the saucepan and boils (about 711 minutes). Turn off the heat, cover the pan with milk and allow to cool to room temperature (11/2 urs). (Set a timer as a reminder.) Then add 3/4 to 1 cup of plain yogurt (make sure it doesn't contain anything like jelly) and any flavors or desserts you want to use. (If any) Pour the mixture into six pots of yogurt and let the yoghurt open in the yoghurt maker with the lid on until it solidifies (usually 810 µm). Remove and close the yogurt pot and refrigerate until cool.

One of our favorite flavors is coffee yogurt which contains 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules, a dash of vanilla and 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon sugar. Vanilla yogurt was great, and a little raspberry spread was also great.
