Call Great Clips
Why does Great Clips ask for my phone number and address? 3
I didn't think much of it at the time and I informed them ...
They asked for my first and last name, phone number and address.
Should I worry about that? After the haircut, I asked the man if he could delete my data from the computer. He replied that I think I can delete his address and phone number, but we have to name him. I asked why they needed this information and got the answer. My boss forced me to do that. Then I realized that maybe I can't do anything about it ...
Is there a reason they want all this information? Does any of your haircut sites ask for similar information? Now I realize I can work on providing this information, but I usually don't pay much attention to what I don't do later ... bad hat, I know ...
What can I do with my first and last name, phone number and address?
Should I be upset?
Thanks in advance for the helpful answer
Spy Ball. They want you in their database. They always ask for my phone number to find out if I'm on their system. You do not need to provide this information.
Good clip direction
Too many clips
I had this experience in Great Clips and Radio Shake. I recently had a haircut on Great Clips and asked for my name, address and phone number. I laughed and said no. I'm here for a haircut, not for your business data mining. Some commented with their phone number and never received a call, etc. I told them to use whatever they wanted. They looked great and I had a great haircut. In Radio Shake, I was told that it was the store's policy to get customers' names and phone numbers. I told her it was my policy not to keep it. Arise and refuse. End of history. Peace
