My key just came out, I went to Walmart to pay for it, where I got the key and where it was right.

I can't pay online because I don't have a credit card.

Does anyone know where I can send my payment by mail?

You can pay at any AT&T store. You can find a store near you by visiting the At&T website or by calling 611 from your cell phone. You can still use the phone to call 611 and 911 for customer service, even if the service has been suspended. If you have a checking account, you can receive checks for payment through customer service. If not, they can send you to the nearest payment center so that you can make a cash payment. The next time you call, there will probably be a re-activation fee as they will only have to shut down the service to get the information.
