I'm sure living in one of them is like that, but what if you just want to spend time? I know that sounds like it, but my friends and I have no place to hang out because we still live with our parents (we live somewhere in between). So we thought of renting a storage shed so we could move around. They're all 18, so I think they're old enough to rent, but I'm not sure it's legal.
updateTrust me, there is no better place to hang out. None of our parents wanted all our friends off duty. And after dark, our son had nowhere to go. Next door, if you put a TV / DVD player and bring a sofa, this seems like a great place to stay with me.
Yeah Al that sounds pretty crap to me, Looks like BT aint for me either. We rented an E with 24 hour access and left our group gear there and stayed there most days. This guy has seen them a few times, but we said we've only tested their intent to make sure they're still working. When you have lights and equipment inside, you can lock the door and go outside.

Depending on the location, you will need to read the agreement. Some places don't explicitly allow it, others don't mind. Even if you live somewhere in the middle, there are better places to hang out outside the sheds.
