Cngo is a ponytail, but most people do, and I define cngo as a tie or tire. What if I asked someone about CNGO !? So I'm like Oh! Too bad, I mean a hair tie. Lol, I always thought only Mexicans spoke Cngo, and Haitians, Americans and other races living within me do.
