I feel a terrible pain in the back of my neck that hurts to touch and it hurts even more when I tilt my head to one side. I don't know what it is, but my nose is full. Can I take Tylenol even if I have already taken Claritin d (24 hours)?

Go ahead, it's okay to bring them together. There is no interaction between the two that I know of. Claritin D does not contain Tylenol, only antihistamines and decongestants.

Should I take Tylenol?
Use Tylenol exactly as directed on the label or as directed by your doctor. Do not use more or less, or longer than recommended.
