Coleman Furnace 3 Flashes
The arrow for my Coleman race model # DGAA077BDTA is gone. Please post 15 and play.
My card is gone and I can't find it anywhere online!
Turn it off, wait 3 minutes, turn it on again,
DGAA and DGAH RNACE control diagnostic models (single stage do flow only)
The error code is indicated by a flashing green LED. It was located behind a clear window in the emergency room door. Do not interrupt the power supply as this will clear the instruction memory error.
If there is an internal malfunction in the control, the control lamp is constantly lit. In this case, the entire control must be replaced because the control site can not be repaired.
Blink Sequence Codes 1 through 6 are as follows: LED is on for one second and off for one second. This pattern is repeated many times as the corresponding code. For example, six naps corresponds to error code number 6.
All flash code sequences are paused with a 2 second stop.
1 Flash: Incorrect fire.
2 Flashes: The combustion air pressure switch is off, indicating that the normal open pressure contact is in the closed position. The controller confirms that this connection opens at the beginning of each heating period. This will indicate a faulty pressure switch or faulty wiring.
3 Flashes: The combustion air pressure switch was not turned off, indicating that the normally open pressure connection was not turned off at the beginning of the heating cycle. This could be due to various problems with faulty inductor, loaded vent hoses, faulty pressure switch, or faulty pressure switch.
4 Flashes: Limit Sw Open, indicating that the central or auxiliary limiter has opened its NC connections. With this fault code, the control activates the air supply and the inductor. This condition can be caused by: Incorrect filter size, line system, incorrect SD setting, incorrect speed or faulty motor.
5 Flash: Gas flow without heat. Check gas valve and gas valve wiring.
Rapid Brightness: Polarity, reversal of polarity indicates inverse polarity of mains voltage. Heating and cooling is off. Check the polarity of both.
Continuous on: normal operation.
Auto restart 60 minutes after lockout - This control has a watchdog circuit that resets from lockout mode after 60 minutes. Errors 1, 3, 4 and continuous operation is reset. It protects uninhabited structures in the event of temporary conditions that cause severe damage. An example is low internal gas supply pressure which hinders operation. At a specific location, when the gas pressure is restored, the controller will reset the device and provide heat for use.
Note: When the flame is detected, the LED blinks for 1/8 of a second and then goes into flame stabilization.
