But currently no 4 year university is accepting you. Your GPA is too low. And I don't even know if you can get into community college. It's not easy. College is a college, and when you have a low GPA, you may want to reconsider studying together. Very low GPA means you don't take school very seriously ... If you have 2.0 I would say you can pull it off and fix it. But 1.3 is too low.

I'm in the same boat as you (or have been), but I've finished 2 years of community college (with a good college GPA) and your high GPA is (basically) about to end. Most community colleges accept anyone with a degree or GED. You are not judging by HS GPA.
With this poor GPA, I will be in community college. It will also save money in the next two years. If you graduate with a degree of 3.0 or higher, you can move on to a larger university and choose which specialty to pursue.
