CoS (Class Of Service)
An internet service provider (ISP) that gives precedence to routed traffic over all other traffic. With COS, all traffic is treated the same unless the ISP's network is congested. However, when the network is congested, higher priority traffic is routed first and lower priority traffic is queued until higher class traffic passes.
