It all depends on how the party goes and remember that not everyone is very fond of beer.

If I say let's say 2 maybe 10 crates of beer

When it's 2 or 3 in the afternoon, because at night it feels more like no more rum, alcohol or something like that.

With an average of 5 beers per person it will be 1000 out of 20 which is enough for one case, you will need about 50 cases.
I don't really know how to calculate for you I'm thinking of 500 beers.
Will it happen ???? Or do you have water, soda and alcohol, if you only want to count beer 4 or 5 per head?
For reference I need more information to calculate (how many mbres. Average age, social class, rare) p.
