There are questions on the Internet about where to send DISH devices when the service is canceled. I have the answer I am just trying to help. I canceled DISH in October 2013. The address is:

I'm not saying this address is incorrect, but since it's not on Dish's website, we have no way of knowing for sure ... and Dish may change it at some point.
