My height is average for a 13 year old girl and my normal dress is XL. I don't think I'll get used to PacSun clothes anytime soon. :(

No, I wear XL in teen clothes, I don't know. My normal jeans size is Old Navy 16.

Run Pacsun in small size.

Medium can be solid. :) Some themes are big and some are small because they have all the interior designers behind them as part of the messenger. And remember that this applies to clothes like cotton, which will probably run out due to coupons / need to go back to the dryer.
