Does ivory soap contain moisturizers like pigeon soap? 3

I used Dow soap on my boys and thought of making black soap from ivory soap because it is cheaper than Dow and you get more often. Does ivory soap contain moisturizers like pigeon soap? If not, will it dry out my 2 year old skin?

There is no lotion in ivory; it is known for its purity; it is good for children, but I'm not sure if it will have a drying effect. If you are going to shower with lotion, I don't think changing the soap will make any difference.
