I know it's for work, but I think some of you would know the answer if you knew a lot of animals.
I've been looking for a job here recently in Fort Collins Colorado (just north of Denver if you ask me) and was looking for a job at a pet store because I'm obsessed with fish (preferably Petco) No, because they are not well. Trained) Does anyone know of a pet store that employs me? I am fifteen years old, but I will be sixteen in March.
And if not, do you have to work at Petsmart?
You must be 16 years old in most states. I just got a job at Petsmart (I'm 19) and if I remember correctly, they prefer people who have at least a GED or Scol degree. If I were you I would do something
1 Talk to managers, it's more of an initiative than just calling them, and it inspired people when I hired people on my last job.
If they don't hire you, they will.
2 Find all the LFS in your area and spend a day watching them all, talking to the manager or in some cases the speaker. If they didn't hire you when you were 15, tell them about the job when you were 16. Be professional and don't panic. Tell them about any experiences you have had in the past. Explain why you want to work for them and ask if they have a form that you can fill out or they will name you if they need to hire someone.
