Finally there was a joke, about two weeks ago, on Modern Family. The joke goes something like this:

You may have worked with Dr. Richard Hertz for years to come. ... Think about it.

Can anyone explain this to me?

Dr. Richard has this problem.

Richard's nickname is D! So your name is ID! CK Hertz

I found the joke so lame that I kept trying to find other hidden words to include the doctor, but I think it's clear.
