Which is better: Giant Dual Fit Training Block or Schwinn Airdyne Evolution Training Block? 3
I just bought the Giant Dual Fit and loved it! It is ideal for working up and down. And since my knee hurts, that was the best solution for me. The store I bought it from has Giant and Schwinn. I don't know the technical difference, but it's quieter than Schwinn. Since I enjoy watching TV during workouts, this is a bonus. The seller also recommended the giant.
