What do you mean by extra shipping requirement? ۔

The VDay card I bought for my friend said that if the stamp was affixed to the envelope, additional mail would be required. But does W actually mean too much shipping costs? I have 37 cents and 2 cents stamps (39 cents for ordinary postage). Should I make two bets at once? 78 cents is too much and I don't know if I can put 4 stamps on it. It's not an unusually large envelope or anything, it's only 6.5 x 9.5 and it's not a particularly heavy card.

What do you usually do when you need extra delivery? Does anyone work at the post office and are you sure?

Should I stamp two 37% stamps (normal postage also costs 39) or do I really need 4 stamps to make two sets of 39?

This sounds like a question, but I haven't sent a card in a long time (I use e-cards and e-mail for everything), but I thought it would be nice to send a regular card this time.

# 1 I had no way to get the mail so I forgot to mention it and # 2 I just wanted to see if I needed twice as much mail or if I used two * 37 * cent stamps Can (because postage costs 39 regularly) because, as many of you haven't read, I don't have two stamps of 39 cents, only 37 and 2, and I'm sure you'll have 3 in one envelope. Mail goes by weight and mailing address / zone. You need shipping cost for this weight and this postal address. Example: You put a 39 cent stamp on an 8 ounce letter. According to the Swiss Post, this heavy mail costs 78 cents. You should add an additional 39 cents stamp on this envelope for the required = 78 cents.
