Is getting my package from FedEx faster than getting it? 3
I need this delivery before 6 p.m. Today, but it had to be delivered by 8 p.m. Would it be faster if you picked it up from the Fedex office? Is there anything I can do to lighten the load?

The shipping address of the package you sent via FedEx® has changed. What are you doing?
If the address of your shipment suddenly changes and it needs to be sent to another address, handle it quickly and efficiently. For a small fee, you can send your FedEx Express® package to a new address in the same city and state, even while traveling to its original destination.
Or use our ld option at FedEx locations to deliver your FedEx Ground® or FedEx me Delivery®. With this service, you can send packages to an authorized FedEx location in the delivery area of your spoken destination address, from where the recipient can pick up the package at any time.

To send your FedEx Express shipment to another address in the same city with the original shipping label:

Provide the following information to the customer service representative:
FedEx account number
FedEx door to door or tracking number
New destination address
Correct recipient's phone number

If the recipient chooses to receive the package, this is usually the first attempt at delivery rather than receiving it. You or the recipient may request that my FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, or FedEx delivery be made to a qualified FedEx location. Here's how it works:
Enter the tracking number in the tracking field and request that your shipment be sent to the appropriate FedEx location upon first delivery attempt or upon receipt of the door tag.
Select a FedEx location and mark a suitable location near you.

You can also change the location instructions for mail delivery. There is no additional charge for any of these services.
Limit
Some shipments cannot be forwarded, such as:
Ingredients are classified as dengue products.
Delivery subscription required with selected option.
Pre-cut shipping. Only one change per package address is allowed.
Delivery that mentions a city other than the original destination.

It depends on where you live. Pickups are usually the last item on the FedEx driver's agenda. Most drivers like to take their bags out of the van and put more in them. This can be difficult unless you are in a rural area. In addition, FedEx usually provides lead time for any delays. So don't think it's okay at 8pm if it can be delivered to FedEx Ground at 1am / my delivery is on your schedule or (independent contractor). FedEx Express usually delivers on time.
No, USPS does not send FedEx packages because you do not pay for FedEx services, which are much more expensive than USPS. I will call the person you sent the package to and pick it up. If they do not, they will be refunded to you for non-delivery and postage and handling fees (bulk mail) will apply.
