Calculate the molar solubility of BaCrO4 (Ksp = 2.1e10 10) in pure water and (b) 3.3e10 3 M Na2CrO4.
They'll be easy, but I don't know what's wrong with me! Help will be greatly appreciated.

(a) molar solubility = [BaCrO4] in solution = [Ba2 +] = [CrO4 =]
Suppose [Ba2 +] = x then [CrO4 =] = x
Ksp = [Ba2] [CrO4] = x 2 = 2.1 x10 10
x = 1.4 x 10 5 million
(b) Ksp = [Ba2 +] (3.3x10 3) = 2.1x10 10
Molar solubility = [Ba2 +] = (2.1x10 10) / (3.3x10 3)
[Ba2 +] = 6.4 x 10 8 M, which is the solubility of molar with Na2CrO4.
