I only saw a short part of the movie. I know Gwei LunMei plays the piano. Since I haven't seen the whole movie, I can't tell if it's still his hand, you see. Hope you like it at least most of the time. If he has a really tough side he can use doubles, he doesn't look like a great player but he is definitely capable. I just wanted to add that Richard Chamberlain could play the piano in The Music Lovers (formerly Ken Russell's film Yout Tchaikov) and his hands could still be seen on the keys.
