I am looking for a service job and many applications ask if you have experience in industrial kitchens. I'm not sure what that means, I think most restaurants, unless they're very small or very well run, have a lot of volume. (I work in a community kitchen for seniors, which is definitely not a suitable restaurant, more or less like that, including drinks, point of sale and everything.)
