You only have 10 attempts to insert 4Di radio code, after 10 attempts the system will block it. Now you need to disconnect and reconnect the battery to try ten more times.

Disconnect negative and positive battery cables and run for 5 minutes. One very important note is to make sure the cables are completely disconnected from the battery, do not touch each other while they are connected.

There is no such thing. Removing the battery or radio will reset your radio to prevent theft. Take it there and they will do it for you.
