How long can a bat survive if it doesn't come out? ۔

We got up on the other side of the bedroom upstairs for the bats. We didn't know if it was in our room, so now we all have a problem. However, we never found it. I think it entered our room through the filing cabinet on the bathroom wall upstairs (we're renovating). The wall is now sealed. I don't know if the bat is still in the room and if so how long it can survive without food / water. I go crazy every time I go upstairs and I'm afraid to put my kids in the room when the temperature is high.

He is out somewhere, so it may take a few weeks. Also, unless you've been under stress lately, it's debatable.

I also have bats. He flew around me last time and I can't find him today. I am going to sleep with one eye open.
It depends on two things:
How many errors are in your usage?
That will be years.
What kind of bat is this?
If it is a vampire bat, it will survive by drawing blood from its offspring at bedtime.
