How long can you let the lobster cook? 3

My friend had a lobster tail in the fridge and he bought it on Tuesday. It was Thursday and he wanted to cook it on Saturday. Can you keep them in the fridge till then and they are fine? Or should you (and can) freeze, thaw and bake on Saturday?

Because lobsters can be caught before they are bought. Your best option is to get rid of the odor. If lobster smells like fish, it's not good. If there is no smell of lobster, it means it is cooked.

Freshly refrigerated seafood should be stored for a maximum of 3 days. If frozen, I would say they can last up to 2 weeks, until they are well packaged and burned. In that case, I would cook it a bit. If you freeze them now, they still have 3 days left.

If they don't really smell like fish, cook them now. If you don't want to eat it yet, freeze it as soon as you finish cooking.

They may be fine, but for now I will freeze them.

I wouldn't use it ... especially if you bought it by melting it ... if you bought it frozen then cook it today.

Beware, mollusks are easily rotten and poisonous,

Wait a long time

They can freeze in the fridge, they grow and spread bacteria fast!
