I ordered caramel sauce and beans and they said to open it and put it in the fridge, but without telling me how long it would last.
I won't keep it for more than a week. Make sure it is tightly closed to prevent odors from other items in the refrigerator.
Caramel is nothing more than melted sugar cream and hey. I make them daily and you can keep them in the fridge for two weeks. The store bought extra preservatives, so I would say 2 weeks safe, 34 safe.
