I am stressed because I do not know much about cars and I do not want to defend cars for the next 5 years of my life, I will probably lose them tomorrow. .

Mileage is not very manufacturer specific. It depends on many factors. Lifetime (ie proper maintenance), driving style, vehicle accommodation (due to rust and corrosion) etc. I know of some vehicles with a range of 300,000 km that work very well. 100k is no more. As long as the car is well maintained and doesn't run like a race car, that's fine. Understand that every vehicle requires maintenance and upkeep costs.
But in answer to your question, the most reliable vehicles in my experience are Toyota, NDA, Nissan / Datsun, Subaru, so always less.
