I am currently giving my daughter 4 oz Enfimil formula and I want to increase it to 5 oz, but the instructions only make 4 and 6 oz bottles. If it takes 2 tablespoons for a 4 ounce bottle and 3 tablespoons for a 6 ounce bottle, how many tablespoons would you use for a 5 ounce bottle?

2 and 1/2 tablespoons. My daughter only takes 3 ounces after meals and I make 1 1/2 tablespoons.

Don't try to measure to make sure your baby is getting proper nutrition. I recommend mixing an ounce of the recommended formula with water and refrigerating both. This way you can keep five ounces in the bottle and save time.
That's 1 tablespoon per 2 ounces. So that would be half a teaspoon for every ounce. This will make 2 half balls.
