I do not understand the change of unit! My physics teacher has left some problems in my work. I did everything else because I don't understand.

You know there are 366 days in a leap year. Note that, in your change, the numeric unit cancels the denominator unit.
(366 days / 1) x (24 hours / day) x (60 minutes / hour) x (60 seconds / minute) = 31,622 400 seconds

60 seconds = 1 minute
60 minutes = 1 hour
24 hours = 1 day
366 days = 1 leap year
Therefore, 60 x 60 = 3600 s / hour x 24 hours / day = 85,400 s / day x 366 (days in a leap year) = ____________ s / leap year. I think you can do the math here.
