I am a 20 year old woman, 5 feet 4 inches tall and my height is small / medium. How much should I weigh? I know your shape is more important than your weight, but I just wanted to know what a standard figure looks like to me.

I would say 110 pounds 130 pounds would be a healthy weight.
At 110, its BMI is 18.9 and 18.5 and it weighs less.
At 130, his BMI was 22.3 and 24.9 and Ve was overweight.
So there's something in between, but it depends! My BMI is 17.6, but of course I am. A lot, and that's me. So you can be really tall and healthy. But of course things will be different for BMI standards.
