I went to the site and saw it activated and reactivated, please help me.

You can't get your money back, it's hard. Especially in their terms and conditions, they state that the logs will not be returned and all sales are final. They even claim it on the site when you visit the page where they add airtime.

Don't use it. This is prepaid and if you do not use the number you lose. I helped. You are not so stupid. If you want to get your money back in minutes, you probably can't. Check your rules and regulations.
