How do you get this bad image out of your head? 3

I've just read some awesome online (oh bad kitty, I mean really ■■■■■. Unimaginable mistake).

I can't take this picture out of my head anymore. No suggestions?

I'm sure you can't erase a picture from your memory unless you get a headache and suffer from amnesia or use hypnosis.

Try to forget, do something else, watch a movie, it can distract you ... at least until you find something that reminds you ... like it or not Please!

If you have this image in your head, just say that whenever it comes to your head I will forgive myself.

Try making BB. I play video games. I don't know if you read it, read it. Or if bes doesn't work, try math stuff. For study purposes. Because the information that goes through your head is simple ... and ... and. up to! You forget it!

When that image comes to mind, all you have to do is say, "Let go, relax. You'll have to say this several times a day, but it'll be over in a week. I promise."

I hate when it happens to me. I find that for some reason it helps when I am surrounded by a group of noisy people. This is an interesting question. I look forward to hearing some answers.

Sing praises (in your head, that's fine too). Some of the things that have helped me are: great art, great faithfulness, greatness, great grace of Jesus, etc.
