How do I remove skin from my hair? 3

I had a head injury (only from me) two weeks ago that was sealed off by Dermond UT. The doctor in the emergency room just glued it to cover the wound, but he glued everything in such a way that I had a quarter circle of dry, crumpled glue on my head. Can I get rid of it without pulling my hair and causing baldness? It doesn't go out much, until this week I started doing heavy washing.

I read the package entry, it says that acetone dissolves the skin. This is good, because Drummond is super glue (cyanoacrylate).

Acetone is sold at hardware stores in the paint department.
