How To Make Mascara Waterproof
Does regular mascara make it waterproof? 3
I'm partying with a nice mattress tomorrow and I don't have waterproof mascara. Can I add oil or dry the old one? Will it make them more waterproof?
. I will hurt anyone who says don't use or grab and buy or hahaha, how will it hurt me?

I'm not sure I can make a waterproof conditioner, but I used regular mascara on the oil and that's fine. Just apply lightly :)
