Toothpick for rubber band
Nail clipper
1. Think twice before taking it off. I adopted it because I've been using it for 5 years!
2. Boil the nail clipper to disinfect it.
3. Use a toothpick to remove the elastic around the ring.
4. After removing each elastic, remove the cable.
5. Use a nail clipper carefully to remove the ring from your ESC.
6. Make an appointment with your dentist to brush your teeth. (Cement and stains are difficult to remove completely and are cheap: D)
why did you do this ?? You should hire a professional to do this because you can really get an infection. They use a special medicine that is applied to the teeth after extraction.
