It squeezes the air, then puts you where you are, and when you release it, it pulls you into the cup. You will need to use some kind of balm or moisturizer to make the vacuum seal, otherwise the cup may fall off. If it falls, just wet the area, secure the glass, pull it in place, and remove it again. I'm surprised that YouTube videos aren't used. This is the only video I got and no graphics!
