I Can T Put My Contacts In
Help that I can't contact myself? 3
Hi, I'm 16 years old and I just bought this amazing new color enhancing lens that I keep and it helps me see perfectly. But how can I not use !! My eyelids are very long and whenever I come close they barely touch the spectacles and bend backwards. These contacts should be reversed, but they are so fragile when my eyelids barely touch them that they bend and I can't touch them because I'm nervous.
what I have to do ??
To do this, you need to raise your eyes and lower your lids at the same time. I had the same problem and after training it became easier. Don't sleep! They will dry out your eyes and that's really awesome! Always remember to look forward.
You did it, it worked, I kept it with me.
Wash your hands thoroughly.
With your left hand on your left side, apply ld on the upper eyelid. Contact the tip of the index finger of your right hand and pull the bottom cover with your right hand. Look straight ahead (mirror helps a lot) and keep your index finger in contact with your eyes, touch your eyes, it must be sticky, otherwise it is easy to point out what I am doing so I I turn my head like this UP, then let go. Go, then stop. Eyes, then blink, if uncomfortable or not centered it can be craze, look in the mirror to see if I can open it and experiment.
If the connection is broken, remove all the parts quickly, it hurts a lot.
Make sure the contacts are wet or they won't stay in place.
If the contact is not arching but just moving around the eye, close the lid and gently open it in the direction it should be pushed and blink so that it is in the correct position.
This is how I wear contact lenses: I wear both hands. I used one of my eyelids to pull the upper eyelid and the other to pull the lower one. I place my contact on the index finger of the hand which raises the lower eyelid. I looked at myself in the mirror when I returned the eye contact. And you don't even have to touch your eyes. Your contacts will get your attention. After logging in, blink to make sure it's still there. Try and practice. Get in the habit of putting your finger in your eye and looking in the mirror, not your finger. I helped.
When I received my contacts I couldn't even install them, don't worry, that's what you do
Wash your hands first
Then wash the contacts in the solution.
Pull the top cap with one sleeve
And with the other hand pull the bottom cover.
Contact with the index finger of the hand on the lower lid in the middle of the eye (it helps if your contact is already on your finger and you are looking at yourself in the mirror)
Then blink a few times to allow the contacts to adjust.
If you apply makeup, apply after contact lenses.
If you need help, you can ask someone who is connected and experienced to teach you.
If it really bothers your eyes, it could be the other way around.
Apply eye drops every few hours to prevent the lens from drying out too much.
But I helped !!
Open your eyelids wide. How extreme. Make sure you don't use mascara when applying it. (Of course if you're a girl) I have trouble communicating.
When you can't go in and you get frustrated. Take a break and try again later. You can never use it when you are under pressure.
Another trick you can try is to do it very slowly. Maybe you will go faster and they will work because they are new.
Well, L and I can help!
Make sure the contact with the solution is not too wet, but sufficient. Take your finger and place it on the upper lashes, press the lashes and slide your right hand upwards. Then with your left hand pull a little skin under the eye and place it on it with one of your left fingers.
Correct ...
1: Make sure your contacts are not dry (immerse in solution)
2: When turning on the ignition, make sure your finger is not wet or it will stick to your finger.
3: Now, lift your hips with each of your hands and gently lift your eyelids so that your eyelids do not get in the way.
4. Now, with the index finger of your dominant hand, make contact with your eye (make sure it is not inside) (if it is upside down, it looks like a bowl with wide edges, not like a bowl)
5. Blink twice to make sure it is installed correctly.
TaDa! But I helped !!

Go to your ophthalmologist and someone will show you how to use it. Or find someone who specializes in patient and eye contact to teach you. Don't worry, they need to get used to it.
gl
So you lift your eyelids to use it.
Drag your finger over the upper eyelid.
