I would like to add that what the first poster said is completely wrong in my experience. First of all, there is nothing wrong with working in a nursing home. Secondly, lvns are not trying to get a job like rns, these are two very different jobs. Demand for Lvns is growing with the addition of older ions and the expansion of healthcare. Many people still hire Lvns for various departments as well as for their clinic. I am always alive and most of the people I work with are experienced, they have many jobs and always receive job offers. Experienced LVN is highly commercial. Don't give up.

LVN is useless unless you want to work for a maintenance company. Noays is also looking for nurses registered with BSN and preferably registered nurses.
