I ask because I ordered a dozen roses as a Valentine's Day gift for my mom and saw lots of good reviews on Facebook, but when I searched online reviews I found some negative reviews See what they did not order, their bill is charged by your use. Credit cards every month and I'm not sure why, shipping costs, etc. Has anyone had good or bad experiences with Proflowers?
PS: I think to sign up for this free shipping, they are billed every month on their credit card which runs after placing the order and is billed after the free trial is over. And I didn't sign up for it. I'm sure?

I work for ProFlowers and am happy to answer all your questions. When someone places an order with us, we offer them a subscription. New members are entitled to a discount of up to $ 15 on the shipping cost of their new ProFlowers order, as well as all other membership benefits, including shipping discounts, internal coupons, double guarantees, and even discounts. We believe that many of our customers can actually benefit from this program, but it is true that they charge a monthly fee for this service. If you haven't signed up yet, there's no reason to expect to pay these fees.
Some complaints about our order are due to a misunderstanding about the receipt of the order. We are not local florists. Instead, we send our flowers directly to our growers, or because of that we have too much control over what we send. We bring our flowers to the point where they are fresh enough to emerge as buds and we hope they last at least seven days. This means that they usually do not look as good on the first day as they do on the second, third or fourth day. Our orders also come in boxes so that travel can be made via UPS or FedEx. Although we had many vases that came with our flowers, we could not let the flowers get there. The recipient must submit it.

Yes, but you get what you pay for. (Well, in some cases, this isn't what you're paying for.) When reminding someone that the order will be delivered to the nearest flower shop near the delivery address, it could be a 20 bouquet. Which may look like a $ 10 bouquet. Choose your custom settings correctly, it will be a better deal.
