J Alexander's Braised Red Cabbage Recipe
I was looking for a red cabbage recipe from J. Alexander Restaurant. 3
Purple cabbage
1 red cabbage (2 to 2 1/4 lbs)
1 large onion, finely chopped.
1/2 cup raisins
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablets of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 table oil
1/2 cup chicken broth and more
Cut the cabbage hole and remove the hard or colorless outer leaves.
Divide the cabbage in half or quarters and cut it into 1/8 inch lengths.
You should have 12 cups.
Mix the cabbage and onion in a large non-stick ■■■■■ and add the red currants, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, oil and stock.
Boil over high heat and cover.
Reduce heat to medium and stir occasionally, until a small amount of liquid remains and the cabbage is moist and slightly tender, about 40 to 45 minutes.
(When the cabbage is ready to dry, add more broth and continue cooking.) Adjust the spices and serve.
Note: You can customize this dish according to your taste or ingredients.
Use regular cabbage or sauerkraut, add chopped garlic, apple slices or cumin, or use red wine or cider slices in the broth.
I don't believe it happened while Alexander was resting. But here's the recipe ... Enjoy!

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

2. Add onion and fry for 4 minutes till soft but no siblings.
3. Add apples, cabbage, sugar, cloves, roast beef, bay leaf, salt, vinegar and wine to taste until completely wet.
4. Boil over high heat. Reduce heat, cover and cook for 30 to 35 minutes.
5. Once served, drain the remaining liquid and discard the bay leaf and cloves.
I can't believe it happened during Jackson's break. Yes or no
