Our mattresses are made to order, so the product takes longer to get to you (it doesn’t stay in a warehouse somewhere and it just piles up!). After being compressed, the mattress will be sent to you directly in a box within 36 business days.

We recommend turning the Leesa mattress every 6-12 weeks to achieve universal feel and support on the mattress surface. Do not turn the Leesa side upside down as the foam layers are specially placed to ensure a better night’s sleep, with the Avena® foam layer on top.
Can I wash a Leesa mattress protector?
I highly recommend using a waterproof mattress cover with your new Leesa mattress. Leesa asks you not to take off the cover to wash yourself. This will permanently damage the medicine. You can see the stains cleaned only with cold water and a mild detergent.
