Loech g430 does not appear in Loech gaming software and surround sound does not work? 3

I have had these headphones for a while and I really like them, but the surround sound doesn't work and is no longer reflected in Loch's gaming software. I don't even have a USB adapter for that.

I've put the two together and I have the software, it doesn't just go to the software, just my mouse, and I don't think the surrounding sound is working.

It doesn't matter if you don't have a USB adapter ... this headphone has a color coded 3.5mm jack. The green plug fits into the headphone jack on your system and the red plug fits into the microphone jack.
