According to some Masonic scholars, Freemasonry has its roots in the temple building of King Solomon in Jerusalem in 967 BC. Historically, temple builders were and still are common Freemasons. The legend revolves around its builder, Hiram F., who claims to know the secrets of the temple. One day, three men take a nap from F and threaten him if he doesn't reveal the secret. When he got into the habit of speaking, Aff edited it. When King Solomon learned of Ang, he ordered a group of stone builders to investigate Aff and bring back the secret of the temple. When the people failed, the king started a new Masonic secret. The secret is believed to be the word "reminder", which means "the door of the Grand Lodge has been opened, now the word is used to enter the third degree of Freemasonry".
