I want to buy a green dot prepaid card with Visa or MasterCard logo which I can use anywhere. I just paid for everything in cash. By the way, I know ... it costs $ 8.95 to top up a card at Walmart etc. I have to make cash ... but can I still pay with my personal bank check? Say you want to load 400 into it?
