Did my parents say they wouldn't give me my certificate or a third social security card when I turned 18? Help !!!!? 3

So my parents were really crazy and controlling. I will turn 18 in a month. I asked my parents if I could keep my social security card. As soon as I said this, my mother automatically started yelling at me and saying no, it's hers, she gave me the right to keep her, I can take my O. I immediately tried to resort to them, verbally and physically abusing them. If I do, I intend to disconnect them. what I have to do? Do I have to order something new and if so, can I pick it up?
