To add a profile account to Outlook 2007, you need Taif settings.

Phil, I have this problem too. I tried renaming the inbox and moving the messages to another webmail folder, but to no avail. My message count also doesn't match the number of messages in the inbox. Okay, can you fix this by closing the inbox so I can try too? I also received a message for each entry in the spam folder that Mail is unable to load the message. As we have seen in more cases, this is a BT issue that will be fixed soon. Graham

I need to configure my TAFE NSW email account with Outlook 2007. Does anyone know how it works?

Phil, I have this problem too. I tried renaming the inbox and moving the messages to a different webmail folder, but to no avail. The number of my messages also does not match the number of messages in the Inbox folder. Of course, can you fix this by closing the inbox so I can try too?
