Are Nokia Bay glue blue coins real in Mario Sunshine? 3

I tried to find the last blue room for us in Noki Bay. I had all the good visits, and I also saw the IGN screens of all the blue rooms there, and I don't know which one isn't. I have seen other people tell the same story. I heard someone say that there is a code on some copies of the game that does not allow you to get 30 blue coins in Noki Bay. Could this be true? If so, which blue spot is impossible?
