Non Negotiable Check
What is non-transferable check?
Non-negotiation does not mean check. Depositing a check or giving cash is legally called a check delivery. You talk to your employer and find out more about the situation.
If your check has been stolen or found, your employer does this to protect you and yourself.
In fact, non-transfer checks can be deposited. Non-transferable checks are only valid if deposited in a bank account with the recipient's name in front of the check.
Companies often do this because if a check is stolen or found, it will be useless to anyone but the payer. A related feature is the drawing of two diagonal lines in the upper left corner of such a check, called the check intersection.
Checks are negotiable by default, which means you can sign the check with someone else by signing the back of the check (and it's a good idea to identify the person / organization's name which Has been reported to check).
The biggest limitation for you is that you may not be able to cash checks at the Money Mart location as the payment can only be transferred to a bank account and the names of the recipient and the recipient are on the cheek. Account holders should be the same. If the cashing company accepts the check and there is fraud, neither you nor your employer will be held responsible.
