Can I return my car battery to Pep Boys without a receipt? 3
I bought a BOSCH car battery there with a 36 month warranty. The battery looks bad because it has not been charged for more than a few hours. It's been a year since I bought it and I no longer have a receipt for it. However, there is a label with (battery) warranty period. Without this receipt, can I go to the store to recharge without any hassle? Thanks in advance!

Why do you need a mechanic for stacked batteries? The stores themselves distribute batteries for free (2-3 patches on most cars). Could it be because ... sigh ... the real problem is not the battery, but the alternator?

Yes sir. When I returned the battery with a reasonable warranty of 72 months, Pep Boys could not find the actual purchase date on their system because I used my loyalty card to make the purchase. However, they traced the history of the battery and used it to calculate my appropriate balance for the replacement battery. When I received my verbal receipt, I realized that they were only two months away and I owe less than $ 3, but I did not bother to talk about the difference again.
