I'm talking on my cell phone and it happens whenever I call.

LOL What do you think that means? This means they will not answer and your call will go to voicemail. It also happens on our landlines when we have a message or answering machine ... Calls are sent to voicemail when not answered. This is not a new technology. If no dial tone is heard and the call goes directly to voicemail, the cell phone is not activated.

Three voice messages
